Robby Carmona of SAGA Events took charge of the set up and the Rigodon ballroom of The Peninsula Manila was transformed into nothing short of awesome.
Hosts, Rajo Laurel and Tessa Prieto-Valdes did an amazing job, as usual.
I was busy last night. I took 3 swigs of my lychee martini, care of Belvedere and worked the whole night by taking photos, tweeting and mingling the Candifier way.
Anyone that you can possibly think of was there last night. TV celebrities were present to support the fashion industry. The strong force that was seen last night should give a heads up to the government that it needs to give importance and acknowledge that the Philippines has a fashion commerce that can bring in multi-million dollar investors.
The main goal of last night's ball is to give proper acknowledgement and gratitude to the people who have made Manila's fashion scene a great success. From couturiers to make up artists, stylists to models, we applaud you and a great big thank you to Keren Pascual who organized such an amazing event.
Enough talk, I am sure you are itching to see the beautiful people of the 1st PHILIPPINE FASHION BALL.
Ivarluski Aseron's coat needs a close up of the back. Details like this makes the clothing a whole lot more interesting.
More to follow...stay tuned. I will just eat lunch at Spices. The Thiptara Festival is just until August 21.
